Oh yes, depression is very real! we are in worldwide health crisis. Depression can affect any age, culture, race, tribe, religion, educational background, or income level. There is no shame in seeking medical help as you would any other health ailment.

Think often many don't realize or afraid to admit they have mental health issues. Agree it should be taken care of just like our physical health. As human being we are made up of Physical, Mental and Spiritually and if any area is lacking we are lacking.
