    No, I am not overtraining. I am not even training. The only form of exercise I follow like a religion is walking, In my opinion, the best form of exercise is walking in the morning.

    I don't calculate how much protein I am getting every day, but my diet plan consists of enough protein. Instead of animal protein, I like to get plant-based protein.

    How many rest days?

    I work from home and I don't have the leverage of getting rest days. I work 10-12 hours a day and 7 days a week. Even when I go on a vacation, I carry my laptop and spend 3-4 hours every day working.

    What is your favourite place to work-out?

    An evening walk is my favorite way of getting the dealy dose of exercise. I walk briskly for 60 minutes. There is a small wood in the proximity of where I live and I walk in the wood.

    The only exercise I do is go for a walk. I don't go to a gym and I don't do high-intensity interval training. Usually, I walk 60 minutes a day, however, sometimes I just skip walking.
