Due to many variables nobody can give you an exact answer to this question.

Instead, I would recommend the following:
Ask yourself if what you are currently doing gives you constant progress towards your goals.

If the answer is yes, keep doing the same until the answer changes to no.

If the answer is no, you have to change something. It might be your training, food that you eat and nutrition, your sleep quality or quantity, or a combination of things. Go with the trial and error principle until you find the perfect ground.
