Creatine loading - bad or good?

I've researched a lot on the topic but I always find information protecting both sides. Some say that a loading phase of 20g creatine per day for a week and then switching to a maintain dose of 5g per day would actually speed up the process. Other say that it's a waste and would only cause stomatch problems, which by the way I've seen a lot of people confirming.

I prefer just taking 5 grams of creatine every day without doing a loading phase. I'm already used to this method and I know it works for me.

What is your opinion on that, tho? Is the loading phase good or bad?
