Dangers of dehydration

In my earliest days I didn't pay much attention to how much water I drink as long as there is one available when I get thirsty. In recent times when I started getting more aware about the harmful effect of dehydration to my body and it's metabolic activities I have taken it upon myself to always take a glass of water every 1 to 3 hours even when I'm not thirsty.

When I made this a habit I discovered that my skin are now looking more moisturized and less dry as before, I don't get those regular heartburns which comes immediately after a meal and I get to workout for longer hours without exhaustion.

Dehydration can lead to reduced blood circulation and various metabolic imbalance and indigestion which in really worse case scenario can cause death.

Taking enough water daily is good for the body and helps you to stay healthy.
