Free or Paid hosting?

When it comes to hosting your website or forum, do you always make use of free hosting services or paid hosting services? I started out with free hosting but it's got a lot of limitations. It's why I switched to paid hosting and it's a lot more better.
Between free hosting services and paid hosting, which one do you make use of?

Always paid!!! I used to create some simple websites for local shops and they often used these free hostings, they were super bad...
