A vegetarian diet is a diet that consists of only plant-based foods like fruits, vegetables, cereals, grains, etc. Vegetarians eat milk products as well as honey but they avoid eggs and meats. I tried a vegetarian diet for two years. I did not find any visible changes in my body, therefore, I switched back to a non-vegetarian diet. When I say non-vegetarian diet, I don't mean I only eat meat.
