How have you slept lat night?

Been sleeping like a baby, a full night's sleep without lucid dreams or nightmares for 2 nights in a row with my new med, it's truly a blessing and a miracle for me personally. How about you?

When it comes to sleeping, sleep is my best friend. I always find the time to treat myself to a nice relaxing day of sleep. Unfortunately, due to some underlying health issues, I have to sleep with a CPAP at night time, but it does make me feel a lot more rested in the mornings. In conclusion, I always sleep good, I've trained myself well lol.

Whenever there is rainfall, I tend to enjoy my sleep. It rained last night and it was one of those moments when I tend to have a deep sleep.

I slept really well last night. I do not have any sleeping disorder. I can easily go back to sleep within 5-10 minutes of going to bed. If I have difficulty sleeping, I start meditating.

Personally I find it very difficult to sleep at night which is why sometimes I take sleeping pills to enable me to sleep but I know that taking those pills is not healthy as well, which is why I'm trying to start a therapy to help me sleep well in the night.
