I tried curling my hair overnight with one of those plastic curlers, it ended up super curly.

I was wondering for best results, should I curl overnight or just curl for one hour before I go out?

If I curl overnight, will it be significantly more curly than the one hour? (I feel like this is a stupid question but whatever) I want it to look more natural but still be curly. I need thoughts.
