This two forms of exercises has really tremendous benefits to our health and any of them done on a regular basis can boost your immune system and help you stay fit.
Outdoor exercises can include running or jogging, cycling , hiking , yoga , swimming and many more. Indoors exercises may also include push-ups, squats , plank, dancing and many more, some indoor exercises can also be done outdoor and vice versa.
I do more of indoor exercises because I don't always have the time to go out so I squeeze an hour off my schedule to do some indoor exercises and keep fit.
On weekends I do go out for running , hiking or cycling as well. I prefer outdoor exercises more because I get to do it in a more open environment and I am not restricted certain kind of routine and I have ample opportunity to explore.
