Sugar and sodium are very bad for your body because these things can cause hypertension and diabetes. Sadly, most of us are eating a lot of sugar and sodium, from bread to cakes, sauce to juice, everything contains sodium and sugar. Have you tied limiting sodium and sugar intake? I try avoiding canned foods and packaged food, I also try avoiding sodas, and I try eating home-cooked food so that I can control how much sugar and sodium I should take.
