I was introduced to meditation when I was a ninth-grader. I tried meditation first time during the term break when I was a 10th grader. Since then I have been meditating regularly. When I say meditating regularly I don't mean I am doing it every day, I do it once in a while, I mean 2-3 times a week, for 30-60 minutes session. I have tried different forms of meditation and my favorite is Vipassana meditation, a Buddhist meditation technique. This meditation involves deep breathing and concentrating on the sensation arising in your body.
