There are tons of combinations you can do with food. Some healthy, some not that much, only your imagination is the limit.
Myself, I have a selected list of different dishes to choose from when having food. Since I work-out, I need to follow a protein diet and eat clean. I usually have chicken breasts/lean beef/pork with beans or brown rice, whole grain bread and some vegetables and fruits added to every meal.
How does a perfect meal look to you? Could you eat that everyday?
