Chronic Fatigue and Mental Exhaustion, anyone?

I have it as well. I’m mentally and physically exhausted after doing a task for a long time. What about you?

I don't have this issue. However, I know a lot of people who have chronic fatigue and mental exhaustion issues. I am not a mental health expert but as far as I know, this is not an actual disease but a symptom of some other serious mental and physical diseases. If you have this issue, try to find out the root cause.

I always tell people that too much of everything is not good because in the end it is going to result in you having your system breakdown over something that you can suspend and rest for sometime and get back to it.
