Adam Sandler seemingly hasn't ruled out the possibility of a Happy Gilmore 2, and he even has a story in mind for a potential sequel. Released in 1996, the original movie follows Sandler as the titular hockey-player-turned-professional-golfer who must learn to control his temper as he competes to save his grandmother's house from foreclosure. The movie came during the height of Sandler's 90s comedy boom, releasing in between 1995's Billy Madison and 1998's The Waterboy and The Wedding Singer.
