How do you feel about people who choose to move on and fix their relationship after having been cheated on?

I would never forgive cheating, but if it’s not my relationship, it’s not my place to judge. I do think there’s something in the saying “fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.”, though. Personally, I don’t think a cheater will ever change.
