How do you like your Steak?

I love mine medium-rare to rare. And you personally?

I love it when it's medium rare, or even a little... little... raw! It is fun because in Argentina, as you probably know, they're famous for their steaks. They disgust red meat... everything needs to be "well cooked". So whenever I go to a restaurant here, I tell them I want it medium rare but still a bit red, because they have a different meaning of medium rare... haha!

It's so sad that I have never had a good steak in my life. The last restaurant I asked for it, never did a good job. I expected the steak to be well prepared but it wasn't well prepared. I'm learning how to do it myself.
