How many cat is enough?

I have a cat and I have been thinking of how I can be able to adopt another cat as this one is always a bit lonely when I am not around. Do you own more than one? How many do you think is enough?

I think you can first try whether your cat can get along with other cats, and then consider whether to adopt another one.
