I’m sure many citizens would want to reform the government, and perhaps loyalists would want to preserve the existing system and put someone else in charge. Depends on who would take control and what their political ideals are. Then depending on the person there could be reforms

I would think that if a group within the government plotted this, they could have a plan of how to pick up the pieces. But again, some people would not want that to happen, and likely prevent it
