Hi , I really need help plz guide me what should I do, in 2021 mid of Feb I had to back to my country Pakistan because of my mother's serious health condition, it took around a year in recovery, I was planning to go back to Ukraine but I could not because of the unannounced invasion of Rassia in Ukraine , I have permanent residens of( PRP )Ukraine. I want to reunion with my siblings they are in Ireland now, I tried 3 time for UK visa on behalf of my PRP but they rejected my elder brother in Uk he migrated there during war, he has lost his all business n family in Ukraine he is not well after this trauma,I want to be with him but UK gov not giving me visa to move there plz guide me what should I do , I am really diparessed .
