Here's the Jackass movie franchise in chronological order. Jackass is a groundbreaking reality/stunt series that debuted on MTV in 2000. The series was fronted by Johnny Knoxville and featured performers such as Steve-O, Jason "Wee Man" Acuña and Bam Margera, and while parents and politicians were concerned about the influence the show would have on younger viewers, it proved wildly popular. Knoxville and the gang decided to end the show after three seasons due to issues regarding censorship and constant notes from MTV. That's when the Jackass movie franchise moved to the big screen.
